Great bike for the money, well boxed no damage and easy to assemble, my son loves it. Down side, to get it cheap it took over a month to deliver, the front tyre was delivered with a puncture. The only real floor in the manufacturing is that with a click position de-railer you cant fine tune its position and so when the chain is running at an angle it rubs against it, and is irritating.

Product Review: Great first bike
This makes a great first bike. I bought it for my 4 year old daughter and within an hour or so she was riding confidently without stabilisers, having riden a balance bike for a year. She was keen for a blue bike and loves it - I was glad to find one that looks like a proper bike, with no pictures of princesses, flowers, animals etc. I am not sure why the manufacturer states that this is a boys model.

With an aluminium frame it is lighter than the cheaper models, so very easy to manoeuvre for a small child. I had to remove the rear reflector from the seat stem to allow it to be lowered to is lowest setting for my daughter who is only 106cm tall, a little shorter than the recommended minimum. It seems pretty robust, though we have only had it for a couple of weeks.

Lovely Lovely Bike, looks like hard wearing mountain bike and well made.

My only let down was the people delivering it YODEL, truly shocking service, tracking said i'd signed for it then the next day tracking said they'd left a card as no one was there to sign for it, completely untrue as it was being delivered to my works and people there from 7am till 6pm. they finally delivered it 4 days late after they told me i'd signed for it and they needed to investigate it and would call me back in the hour, no phone call to me no communication at all..

AMAZON why are you still using these people, your forums and the net are littered with complaints about this company. there has even been BBC program about them
