To avoid possible shipping damages, all our bikes are pre-assembled not to 100% but to 85%!
You just need to assemble the handlebar, the pedals, front wheel and the saddle. Rarely some fine adjustments could be necessary.

Product Review: Good bike but service sucked!
The bike arrived in a box which looked slightly battered but seemed OK. I opened the box, took all the pieces out and found there was a dent in the front mudguard and had a broken spoke on the front wheel. The dent I tried pushing out and reached a satisfactory result. The spoke, however, was irreparable. I emailed the German manufacturer and explained the problem then proceeded to construct the bike. The instruction booklet was in some form of pigeon English and very hard to follow, but, with a bit of guesswork and a lot of patience I managed to build a functioning mode of transport. I awaited a reply to my email and it came, and read as follows: "Dear customer, it is probably a transportation damage! We can refund you 5 pounds to change it, such a spoke costs probably 0.50 pounds! Is it Ok for you so we can initiate the refund via amazon."
I replied: "Yes, that's OK but where do I get one the same as the others and how do I fit it?"
