Product Review: Good Product, Poor Packaging
The product has great design (my daughter loves the raptor design) and overall quality is good. Packaging is poor, however. Some bolts were missing (we had to find replacements)-- and it is perhaps because the package was slightly damaged and the bolts fell out of the box. Fortunately, despite of the poor packaging and missing bolts, the product arrived undamaged. The manual for assembly was a generic one and may be inadequate for people assembling a bike for the first time (luckily, we have some experience in assembling all our children's bikes).
