Product Review: Teething troubles
I saw this bike and immediately loved the look of it. I bought it and it was delivered promptly. However when it arrived the gears were not tuned and therefore slipped. Also after a few months one of the main components had broken. That being said, KCP gave excellent customer service in terms of communication and replacing the faulty component. So despite teething problems, the bike runs great.
